This Privacy Policy describes how Sidorintec Sp. z o.o. ("Sidorin Tech", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data of visitors and users of sidorin.tech (the "Website") and our solar-intelligence services (the "Services"). We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Polish data protection law.

3. Personal Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact data you provide via the demo-request form or by emailing us: name, business email, company name, role, and the content of your message.
• Technical data automatically collected when you visit the Website: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, and pages viewed.
• Analytics data collected by Vercel Analytics: aggregated, privacy-friendly usage statistics that do not rely on cookies and do not identify individual users.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

• To respond to demo requests and inquiries — pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating our business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Website — our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To comply with legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Demo-request data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established. Technical logs are typically retained for up to 12 months. We may retain certain data longer where required by applicable law.

6. Recipients and Processors

We share personal data only with carefully selected service providers acting as processors on our behalf, including:

• Cloud and hosting providers (Microsoft Azure).
• Web analytics providers (Vercel, Inc.).
• Email and CRM tools used to manage demo requests and communications.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, to ensure an essentially equivalent level of protection.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website uses only strictly necessary technical mechanisms required for it to function. Vercel Analytics is configured in a cookie-less mode and does not store identifiers in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures — including TLS encryption in transit, restricted access, and regular review of our infrastructure — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is, however, completely secure.
